La mariée était en blanc
A reference to a great François Truffaut film, "La Mariée Etait en Noir" from 1968 - the French translation of William Irish's The Bride Wore Black (1940) - this cuvée is the counterpoint to a sad marriage by blending three beautiful white grape varieties: Roussanne, Grenache blanc and Clairette.

Aging of 80% of the volume for 6 months in 350 l demi-muid
Color: pale, slightly golden
Nose: the nose is full, the woodiness delicious.
Palate: ample without heaviness. Nice rebound in the finish
