Pas Fainéants

A nod to the famous Merovingian kings of the same name, this vintage is a tribute to the women and men who worked for a long time, a lot by hand and as close as possible to nature and the maturity of the grapes.

 The Grenaches in this vintage were aged in barrels for 15 months, and the Syrahs for 5.
 The wine worked quietly, it took its time.

 Ultimately, Pas Fainéants is probably a lot about
 patience and trust.
